I grew up in central Pennsylvania, and started cooking with my mom and grandma since I was old enough to hold a spoon. In 2009 I attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts & Systems Management and an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastries.
Since 2012 I have worked for several restaurants and catering outfits on both the east and west coast. I moved to Jackson Wyoming in the spring of 2017, and immediately fell in love with the beautiful scenery and mountain lifestyle.
I have been the executive chef of Proof of the Pudding Sports Entertainment since 2018. My dishes are most inspired by fresh local ingredients and the creativity of my peers.
