Originally from central Illinois, I moved to Teton Valley in 2014. My plates are inspired by mountain culture, and fresh local ingredients. I am driven by my life long love of food. I strive to provide a one of a kind dining experience for any occasion. I am well versed in many styles of cooking, and happy to prepare meals of any unique style or dietary restriction.

I’d love to show you how food can transform your life.

I grew up in central Pennsylvania, and started cooking with my mom and grandma since I was old enough to hold a spoon. In 2009 I attended Pennsylvania College of Technology. I graduated in 2012 with a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts & Systems Management and an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastries.

Since 2012 I have worked for several restaurants and catering outfits on both the east and west coast. I moved to Jackson Wyoming in the spring of 2017, and immediately fell in love with the beautiful scenery and mountain lifestyle.

My dishes are most inspired by fresh local ingredients and the creativity of my peers.

a culinary maestro in Teton Valley, whose dynamic dishes mirror her love for fresh produce and artistic innovation.

Aimee is an artist & chef based in Teton Valley.

She is inspired by fresh, organic ingredients, and frequents local farms. Both forms of art, Visual and culinary, give Aimee a Vibrant, creative voice through color, texture, and competition.

Over the last decade, Aimee has worked with a variety of talented chefs and restauranteurs in the Tetons. She is grateful for the guidance that shaped the palette, and honed her skill along her culinary journey.

Discovering new exciting ingredients, and meeting wonderful people, is the most rewarding part of Chef Aimee’s Journey.

Chef Ronald Webb

Chef Ronald Webb - Apex private chef
South Carolina native infusing elevated southern cuisine with his expertise in charcuterie.

Chef Ronald Webb AKA: “Spider” or “Lil Ronny” is a talented man with an easy going attitude, and passion for the outdoors.

Hailing from South Carolina, Ronald prefers to cook elevated southern cuisine.

He is also a wizard with charcuterie items and cures his own meats, and makes homemade sausages.

He describes cooking as his “zen place”.
